1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Certain products, such as personalized items, opened health or wellness products, or any items that are not resalable, cannot be returned. In case the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@sphinxbiomed.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid any damage during the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by Sphinx Biomed.
6. Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened health products (e.g., supplements, skincare)
- Gift cards and digital products
